Laparoscopic Surgery in the current treatment of urolithiasis and benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) are the subjects of Dr. Mirandolino Batista Mariano lectures at the Hospital Hermanos Ameijeiras in Havana, Cuba.
The "National Workshop", as it is called the scientific event, starts the 2015 schedule "Sociedad Cubana de Endourology, Laparoscopy y Shockwave". Coordination is the Prof. Mariano Castillo Rodríguez, who knows Dr. Mirandolino scientific of the American Confederation of Urology events (CAU).
When he met Dr Mirandolino in Congress, Prof. Rodriguez expressed the desire to bring the Brazilian surgeon to show their experience in laparoscopy to Cuban doctors. "There is great expectation for the event," said Prof. Rodriguez.
For Dr. Mirandolino Mariano, who lectures in various countries of the world, living in Cuba is a different experience. Curious to know Cuba in this new moment of the country in over 50 years - the resumption of diplomatic relations with the US.
